For this photo, I decided to reproduce a surrealistic shot originally created by the french photographer Philippe Ramette.

This was quite EPIC to shoot.
- First I had to buy the wood and build the structure.
- Then, I traveled a first time to a lake a few kilometers away from my house, and measured the depth of the water at various place, in order to build the feet of the structure with appropriate lengths.
- After that, I cut the feet at home, and transported everything back to the lake. Believe me, this thing is heavy! My wife and I had a hard time installing it.
- Shoot!

This is really cool! It's so wonderful how much work you put into it. Instead of just photoshopping two pictures together, you actually took the time to build the structure and place it in the water. A labor of love, awesome. :)
